In 2017, a presidential directive was issued regarding Traditionally Black Schools and Universities (HBCUs). This motion aimed to strengthen these establishments by bettering their participation in federal applications and rising their entry to sources. The order represented a proper dedication from the manager department to help the distinctive mission of those academic institutions.
